- Ensure you are a medical client with us. To become a medical client, you can register with us and get a medical document from a doctor if you don’t have one already.
- Email clients@coastmountaincannabis.com with your K number once your registration has been approved, so we can create a pre-authorization with Blue Cross.
- We will send out your pre-authorization. This usually takes 2-4 weeks to process.
- Once this has been processed and your pre-authorization has been approved, you will receive an email from clients@coastmountaincannabis.com and you can put through an order. Make sure to click ‘Third-Party Billing’ at checkout and include your K number.
- Your order will be shipped to you, and we will handle the rest. All orders made before 11am PST will be shipped same day delivery with Canada Post Expedited.
